 「Elohim(אֱלֹהִים)」→「Gods」. 

 

Morning Prayer of Trust in Gods.

神達（オニタチ）の内（ウチ）に信頼する朝の祈り。

 

A Psalm of David, when he fled from Absalom his son.

ダビデの讃歌, 彼が息子アブシャロムから逃れた時の。

 1 O LORD, how my adversaries have increased!

 1 尊（ミコト）よ、どんなに朕（ワタシ）の敵達が増えたことか！

  Many are rising up against me.

  大勢が朕（ワタシ）に逆らって蜂起している。

 

 2 Many are saying of my soul,

 2 大勢が朕（ワタシ）の魂（タマシイ）について言っている。

 "There is no deliverance for him in Gods."

「彼のための解放（トキハナチ）は、神達（オニタチ）の内（ウチ）にない。」

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　  　Selah. 

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　セラ。

 

 3 But You, O LORD, are a shield about me,

 3 しかし尊（ミコト）よ、貴方こそ、朕（ワタシ）を囲む盾！

  My glory, and the One who lifts my head.

  朕（ワタシ）の誉（ホマレ）、朕（ワタシ）の頭（こうべ）を高める者！

 

 4 I was crying to the LORD with my voice, 

 4 朕（ワタシ）は大声を出して尊（ミコト）に泣きついた、

  And He answered me from His holy mountain.

  すると彼は聖（ヒジリ）の山から朕（ワタシ）に答えた。

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　セラ。                              

5 I lay down and slept;

5 朕（ワタシ）は床に横たわり、眠った;

  I awoke, for the LORD sustains me.

  朕（ワタシ）は起きた、尊（ミコト）が朕（ワタシ）を抱え支えてくれるから。

 

6 I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people 

6 朕（ワタシ）は万の人を恐れない、

  Who have set themselves against me round about.

  彼らが朕（ワタシ）に逆らい周りを囲む者たちでも。

 

 7 Araise, O LORD; save me, O my God.

 7 おお尊（ミコト）よ、立ち上がって！朕（ワタシ）を全行（スベヤ）って、朕（ワタシ）の神（オニ）よ！

  For You have smitten all my enemies on the cheek;

  貴方は朕（ワタシ）の全ての敵達の頰を強打し、

  You have shattered the teeth of the wicked. 

  貴方は悪者の歯を粉々にした。

 

 8 Salvation belongs to the LORD;

 8 全行（スベヤ）は尊（ミコト）のもの;

  Your blessing be upon Your people!

  貴方の釁（チヌリ）が貴方の人々にあれ！
